Skilled in Budgeting, project set up & comissining, Strong technical & operational skills, professional with a Master’s degree focused in wine,brewing & alcohol technology from University of Pune.

Prashant is associated with Pall since 2017 & represents Pall’s SLS Global Technical Support in the Asia region. He has held many technical positions within the Life Sciences & Industrial business. He is also a certified QMSLA Lead auditor for ISO 9001:2015 & is actively involved in various regulatory audits for product & facility approvals. Prashant is currently involved in process development & application support from developmental to plant scale optimizations.

Germaine Clerx has more than 20 years of experience in the development & expansion of markets in different countries & continents. Germaine is bilingual in Dutch/English and fluent in Spanish and also German. Currently working with BLEFA GmbH, Area Sales Manager.

Charles is the founder and director of the annual Brew Asia Conference & Trade Fair (formerly “SEA Brew”) and the Asia Brewers Network, organizations focussed on the development of a region-wide craft brewing community. Based out of Singapore, this 30 year veteran of the food and beverage industry.

A mechanical engineer from BITS Pilani, Gaurav launched 2 Down Beer Co. along with his cousin Sahil in 2019 at Tapped (Maharashtra’s biggest craft beer festival) where 2 of their beers won jury awards. He’s previously worked at one of Maharashtra’s oldest microbreweries and has a Diploma in British Brewing Technology from Brewlab institute located in Sunderland, UK.

With beer leading her list of passions, Kajal is a head brewer with close to 6 years of experience in brewing beer across geographies. Her forte lies in process implementation as well as experimental brewing, where she excels at bringing together improbable ingredients to now and again create impossible beers. Kajal is as happy brewing beers as she is finishing them on her personal quest to try all the beer styles that exist today.

Vignesh is a Graduate of the UC Davis Master Brewer program and is currently the Head Brewer at Vault brewery in Vijayawada. He also has previous experience working as a Brewer in the US at Hermitage Brewing Co. Loves a good Lager.

With over 20 years’ experience, it’s fair to say that Glenn is a veteran of the Australian Brewing Industry. Having completed his studies at Federation University in Ballarat, Glenn went on to brew at some of Victoria’s best known breweries including Temple Brewing where as Head Brewer he won a Trophy for Best International Pale Ale at the Australian International Beer Awards.

Manu Misra is an experienced marketer in India and the UK with more than 16 years of experience in corporate, academia and consulting. His expertise in marketing, sales, strategy and business planning has reflected with multiple craft alcobev brands in India as well as IBM, HP and Ibis Hotels in the UK and Schneider Electric in Denmark.

Over 22 years of rich experience in Brewing Industry from Engineering, Design, Commissioning, R&D, Projects, to Sales and Marketing.

Total of 18 years of experience in handling the sales operations of a region, leading a team, key account management and lubrication management services with a proven track record of exceeding the KPIs set for the business unit. Competency in developing sales forecasts, delivering documented value addition to the customers and building a good rapport with various stakeholders of the customer. Experienced in delivering diverse presentations to senior management of the organization and the customer.

Suraj Khadangale ,I have completed Masters in brewing. I have been working in Mannheim from last three years as brewer.

Scott works for the Lallemand Brewing Oceania team as a Technical Sales Manager and is based in New Zealand. Before joining Lallemand, he worked in production and quality brewing roles in New Zealand and the United Kingdom for ten years. He has a master’s degree in winemaking and science, and an IBD qualification in brewing. He enjoys the technical side of brewing and working with customers to create fantastic beer. This technical background is combined with a strong sensory flair gained through many years of beer judging at the New Zealand Brewers Guild Awards, and he has a strong passion for discussing NZ beer styles.

Maniesh Devraj is the owner of The Forresta Kitchen & Bar, a popular dining spot in Jaipur. With over a decade of experience in the F&B industry, Maniesh has been instrumental in changing Jaipur’s nightlife by introducing Rajasthan’s first microbrewery. He is committed to providing an entire package of quality food, diverse drinks, service, and a memorable experience that keeps patrons coming back.

Stephan Raeker comes from Hopsteiner, the World’s second largest leader in hop growing, trading and processing. Even though his job title is “Sales Director Asia”, he brings a strong technical background of more than
20 years in beer, various beverages and flavors, complemented by brewing experience and accreditation as a beer sommelier. This enables him to consult brewers across Asia about value-adding hop solutions for their beers.
